Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. popcorn (popped about 16 c.), 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place popped corn in large doubled brown paper bag.
Combine sugar, syrup, butter and salt in bowl.
Microwave on High 2 minutes, stir.
Microwave 3 minutes, stir after each minute.
Add vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over popcorn in bag.
Shake well.
Microwave 1 minute.
Repeat.
Shake well.
Microwave 30 seconds.
Add peanuts, if desired.
Repeat.
Pour on foil or waxed paper to cool.
Store in tight container.
