Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. margarine (2 sticks), 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, syrup and margarine in large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add salt, soda and cream of tartar.
Pour over popped corn.
Mix thoroughly in large roaster.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
