Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 qt. unsalted, popped popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. light karo syrup and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Have popped corn ready.
In a saucepan, measure brown sugar, margarine and Karo syrup.
Bring to boil; boil 5 minutes.
Then add salt and baking soda.
Stir well.
Pour over popped corn; stir until coated.
Spread in large, shallow baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 250Β°.
