Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped corn, 2 c. light brown sugar, 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. corn syrup and pinch of cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients except for baking soda and popcorn.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Take off stove and add baking soda.
Put over popcorn and stir to coat well.
You can add peanuts to popcorn. Pour on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and break into pieces.
