Boil corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Take off stove; add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Spread into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 225Β°, stirring every 15 minutes.
