Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup (dark), 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 8 c. popped popcorn or 3 bags microwave, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt first 3 ingredients in microwave, then stir.
Cook on high for 2 minutes.
Stir in baking soda (should be frothy).
Put popcorn in paper bag, pour mixture on top and shake.
Roll up bag, put into microwave on High for 1 minute.
Take out, shake, roll back up and cook for 1 more minute.
It is best not to use microwave popcorn.
