Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. white syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, butter sand syrups in a saucepan.
Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda, salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Put popped corn in large pan.
Pour mixture over corn and mix real well.
Bake in 200Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add nuts, if desired.
