Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 scant tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring margarine, sugar, syrup and salt to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the soda.
Drizzle mixture over the popped corn in a large roaster.
Bake for 3/4 hour in 200Β° oven.
Stir often to separate.
