Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 2 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1/2 tsp. soda, 6 qt. (or more) popped corn and 1/2 c. white karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Using a large heavy iron skillet, melt oleo over medium heat. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
Pour syrup over popped corn and peanuts.
Toss or stir (syrup will be sticky).
