Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 qt. popped corn, 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put popped corn in large buttered roaster.
Boil margarine, sugar and syrup for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add soda, salt and vanilla.
It will foam.
Pour over corn.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring it every 15 minutes.
