Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place popped corn into roasting size pan.
Mix sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in saucepan and cook gently on medium heat, stirring constantly.
When begins to boil, cook 5 minutes longer.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda and vanilla (dissolved together) until mixture foams.
Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat.
Bake 1 hour at 200Β°, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and crumble into small pieces.
