Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 2 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove any unpopped kernels of popcorn.
Add nuts.
In saucepan, bring brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt to a boil.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Turn off heat, quickly stir in baking soda and vanilla.
Gently combine with popcorn and nuts.
Divide mixture between 2 oiled 9 x 12-inch pans.
Place in 250Β° oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately spread out onto wax paper to cool.
