Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large pot, cook sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt until boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add baking soda and vanilla.
Stir to mix.
Pour syrup over popcorn in a large bowl.
Toss to coat.
Pour popcorn on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 200Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
When done, spread popcorn out to cool.
