Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. popped popcorn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. karo syrup and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put popped popcorn in brown grocery bag.
Cook the brown sugar and Karo syrup for 2 minutes on High, then add the baking soda. Stir until bubbly.
Pour syrup over popcorn; shake to mix.
Put brown bag in microwave oven; microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake bag; microwave again for 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour onto cookie sheet to cool.
