Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped corn, 1 c. peanuts (dry roasted), 1 c. oleo, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put the popped corn and peanuts in a large roaster. Set aside. Mix the oleo, brown sugar and corn syrup on medium-high heat. Stir often. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon soda and mix well. Pour over corn and nuts; mix well. Put in a 250Β° oven for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Dump on wax paper.
When cool, break apart.
