Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. light karo syrup, 1/4 c. light or dark molasses, 1 c. white sugar, 1 tsp. vinegar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix the syrup, molasses, sugar, vinegar, salt and margarine in a 2-quart saucepan.
Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil over a medium heat.
Boil gently until the mixture reaches the hard crack stage (290Β° on a candy thermometer).
Add the soda and mix well.
Pour the foamy mixture over 6 to 8 cups of popped popcorn.
Stir well as you pour the mixture on the corn.
