Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 c. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. oleo, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine the brown sugar, oleo, corn syrup and salt; heat to boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes in a large kettle.
After removing from heat, mix in the soda and vanilla; pour this mixture over popped corn.
Place in shallow pan; bake for 1 hour at 200Β°, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and break.
