Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix first ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil 3 minutes stirring often.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Mix well. Pour over popped popcorn and peanuts; mix with a wooden spoon. Place in a flat pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 200Β°.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Take from oven and store in airtight container after cool.
