Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. popped corn, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/4 c. karo syrup and 1 c. roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix margarine, sugar, salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
Stir well.
Pour over popped corn, to which the nuts have added.
Place in a large flat pan and bake at 200Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, break into pieces.
