Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. light syrup, 1 stick oleo and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray inside of large paper bag with Pam.
Add popped corn.
In a 1-quart ovenware bowl or measuring cup mix next 4 ingredients. Bring to boil (about 3 1/2 minutes).
Boil about 2 minutes; add soda.
Pour over corn in bag and shake well.
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High; shake well.
Pour out on greased foil or cookie sheet.
