Pop corn.

Place in dishpan.

Combine butter, sugar and syrup in a large pan; bring to a boil.

Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often.

Remove from heat and add salt, soda and vanilla.

Bake in oven at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
