Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped corn, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/4 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 200Β°.
Place popcorn in roasting pan.
In medium pan on stove heat brown sugar, margarine, white corn syrup and salt to bubbling boil.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Stir in soda then mix into popcorn and place in oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
