Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks butter or oleo, 1/2 c. white corn syrup and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine brown sugar, butter or oleo and corn syrup.
Boil to hard crack stage, stirring as needed on not too hot a burner. Add baking soda and stir very well. Divide corn into 2 large pans and pour caramel mixture over corn. Stir until well coated. Place in 250Β° oven for 1 hour.
