Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. (2 sticks) oleo or butter and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix brown sugar, Karo syrup and oleo or butter together.
Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Take baking soda and add to syrup mixture.
Mix well.
Pour over popcorn.
Bake for 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring a few times.
