Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark), 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil without stirring 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Turn into two shallow 12 x 15-inch pans. Bake in preheated oven at 250Β° for 20 minutes. Empty into large containers.
Work fast.
Break apart.
When cool, store in airtight container (Ziploc bags).
