Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. firmly packed sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to boil for 5 minutes; stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and soda.
Stir briskly so that soda can foam. Stir over popcorn in large container.
Then spread out on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Turn every 15 minutes.
Remove and cool.
Break apart and place in airtight container.
