Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil all ingredients (except popcorn, soda and peanuts) for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add soda, stirring quickly.
Pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Spread popcorn mixture on 2 large flat pans and place in a 250Β° oven for 1 hour. Stir 2 or 3 times while baking.
Store in tightly closed container.
