Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 tbsp. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, water and salt.
Bring to a steady boil.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda.
Stir until thoroughly mixed. (Syrup will be foamy.)
Pour over popped popcorn.
Mix gently. Bake for 1 hour at 225Β°, stirring every 15 minutes.
Pour mix onto wax paper or on clean large tea towel separating corn gently. Cool.
