Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 lb. margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fill a large roasting pan with 5 to 6 quarts of popped corn. Using another cooking pan, prepare sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
Boil 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Add vanilla, salt and soda.
Blend and pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Place in 250Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Stir often from the bottom.
Spread on wax paper to cool.
