Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped corn, 1/4 c. light karo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 stick butter and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 200Β°.
In small saucepan melt butter, sugar and Karo.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda.
Then pour over popcorn in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put in oven and cook 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Yummy!
