Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 1/2 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1 c. margarine and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pop popcorn according to directions.
In pan, mix brown sugar, syrup, margarine and salt and cook on medium heat until boiling. Cook for 5 minutes.
Take off heat and add soda.
Pour over popcorn and place in covered pan.
Put in 200Β° oven for 1/2 hour.
Stir well and return to oven for 30 minutes.
