Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. white corn syrup and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pop 5-quarts of popcorn.
Place one layer on baking sheets and set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup.
Boil 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Add baking soda, vanilla and salt; stir thoroughly.
Mixture will foam up.
Pour over popped corn; mix well.
Place baking sheets in 250Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes.
