Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Margarine; add sugar, syrup
Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Let boil over low heat 5 minutes; do not stir.
Remove from heat; add soda and flavoring. Stir real good; this will be foamy.
Pour over corn and mix real good.
250Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool and break apart.
