Put corn in large roasting pan.
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, Karo and butter.
Boil 5 minutes; set off stove.
Add soda, vanilla and salt.
Pour over popped corn; mix well.
Put in 250Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
