Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. corn (unpopped), 1 lb. brown sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. karo syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pop corn.
Melt sugar, margarine, Karo, salt and vanilla together.
After all is melted, add baking soda to mixture. Mixture will foam up.
Use large enough kettle to prevent foaming over sides.
Pour over popcorn in roasting pan.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
