Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. popping corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. white karo and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pop corn 1/3 cup at a time.
Place in greased roast pan. Bring to boil sugar, margarine and Karo.
Cook 5 minutes.
Quickly add vanilla and soda.
Immediately pour syrup over popped corn. Stir until all the corn is coated.
Bake in 250Β° oven for 1 hour. Stir 2 times during baking.
