Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare popcorn and add peanuts, if desired, or any kind of nuts you want.
Cook sugar, butter, salt and Karo for 5 minutes. Take from stove and add baking soda.
It will foam, then add vanilla.
Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Spread out onto 2 cookie sheets and bake in 250Β° oven for 1/2 hour.
Stir after 15 minutes. Pour onto wax paper and spread apart.
Cool and then it can be stored in plastic bags or an airtight container.
It will last a while.
