Caramel Cake Delight
Caramel Cake Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box moist cake mix (dry, carrot or spice), 1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling, 1/2 c. sour cream, 3 c. whole walnuts and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all the ingredients well.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Works great in 1/2 bun pans (school).
Sprinkle entire cake with chopped walnuts before baking.
Bake at 350Β° until done (do not overbake).
Serve warm or cool with a scoop of ice cream (vanilla) and top with caramel ice cream topping.
Heat caramel topping in microwave for a minute.
It makes it easy to spoon on the ice cream.
