Caramel Cake
Caramel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 3 eggs, separated, 1 c. sour milk and 2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream sugar, butter, egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of the milk until light and fluffy.
Add 2 cups flour and remaining milk, alternating.
Salt to the last 1/2 cup flour and carefully blend into cake mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites vanilla.
Last, stir in nuts. Bake in oblong pan or in 2 (9-inch) layer pans for 35 to 40 minutes in 325Β° oven.
Frost with Seafoam Frosting.
