Caramel Cake
Caramel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix cake mix with margarine and 2/3 cup milk.
Pour half the batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350Β°.
While batter bakes, melt caramels with remaining milk. Remove cake from oven, pour caramel mixture over and sprinkle with nuts and chips.
Add remaining half of batter and return to oven and bake 20 minutes.
Frost with coconut pecan icing.
