Caramel Bars
Caramel Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. caramels, 5 tbsp. milk (1/4 c.), 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. oatmeal and 1 1/8 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda and salt.
Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Pat half of crust mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven.
In a medium saucepan, melt caramels with milk; pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
Sprinkle remaining crust mixture over top.
Bake another 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
