Caramel Apple Bread Pudding
Caramel Apple Bread Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 10 slices cinnamon raisin bread, 1/4 c. margarine (softened), 3 medium granny smith apples, 1 c. caramel sauce and frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cube bread.
Toss bread with melted margarine in mixing bowl.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Cut into eighths.
In a square baking pan layer half of apples, cubed bread and caramel sauce. repeat layers.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt if desired.
