Caramel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. light corn syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 stick butter and 2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium saucepan mix sugar and light corn syrup.
Boil over low to medium heat until medium ball stage.
Add rest of ingredients and boil until firm ball stage.
Pour into a greased square pan.
Cut into squares when cool with a greased knife.
