Canyon Casserole
Canyon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1/2 c. water and 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 8 inch square glass baking dish or shallow 2 quart casserole dish.
Brown meat in large skillet over med. high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring often.
Drain and add tomatoes, corn, water and taco seasoning mix; mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Pour into greased dish.
