Cantonese Pork
Cantonese Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 1/2-inch strips, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 large onion, sliced, 1 green pepper, cut in strips and 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown pork in oil.
Drain on paper towel.
Place all ingredients into covered pot and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350Β° oven.
Serve over hot rice or noodles.
