Cantaloupe Jam
Cantaloupe Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced cantaloupe, 2 c. diced peaches, 3 c. sugar, 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained and 1/2 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine cantaloupe, peaches and sugar and let juice form. Then add pineapple.
Boil 20 minutes.
Add lemon Jell-o.
Boil 2 more minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
