Cannelloni
Cannelloni is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3 eggs, beaten, 8 manicotti shells, uncooked, 1/4 lb. sausage and 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown meat and drain.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings.
Fill manicotti shells. Place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Pour in combined tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over manicotti.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Continue baking until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
