Candy Topped Pizza
Candy Topped Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 12-inch pizza pan or skillet.
In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
Beat in egg.
At low stir in flour and baking soda until well blended.
Evenly spread dough into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during last 5 minutes of baking.
Cool 10 minutes in pan or on wire rack.
To serve, cut cookies into wedges.
Makes 16 servings.
