Candy Strawberries
Candy Strawberries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 large box strawberry jello (dry), 1 can angel flake coconut, 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans and 1 pkg. almond slivers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
Mix about 1/4 cup of sugar with red food coloring to make a red sugar crystal mix.
Roll into balls and shape in strawberry size.
Roll berry shape in sugar mix until lightly coated.
Mix almond slivers with green food coloring and shake until the almond crystals are green.
Stick slivers into the strawberry.
Makes about 4 to 6 dozen.
