Candy Mints
Candy Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar, few drops of coloring and 1/2 tsp. flavoring (mint, wintergreen, lemon, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mash cheese; add flavoring and coloring and mix well.
Add powdered sugar gradually.
Finally, knead with hands until like dough.
Pinch off small amount of mixture.
Dip in granulated sugar.
Press sugar side into mold.
Unmold at once onto waxed paper. Mixture not being used may need to be covered with Saran Wrap to prevent drying out.
